Featured Entrepreneurs Number 4- Henry and Alfonse Ndoro
Henry and Alfonse Ndoro brothers, aged 29 and 34, co-founded Bargaineering Projects in 2012; as a wholly youth owned Engineering company, whose thrust is based on value addition. From its infancy they grown into a company with four main divisions namely; Construction, Plant maintenance, Furniture Manufacturing and General Fabrication.
Bargaineering (PBC)/ T/A-Bargaineering (Projects) is a Value, Safety, Driven, Perfection and multi-disciplined planning, projects engineering company which was incorporated in terms of the regulatory Law of Zimbabwe Private Business Corporation Act (24:11) on 16 May of 2012. Registration number is 496/2012. They maintain four divisions that focus on steel fabrication, pipe fitting, construction, plumbing, structural work, plant maintenance, welding machine and artisan hiring, Tig-Welding (Stainless steel), project management and School & Office equipment. All of these services are available across all market segments through our workshop and some are tailor-made by our mobility to site, meaning coverage to all respective market segments.
Bargaineering proudly provides the best services in mechanical engineering and can undertake the whole project/job. Their commitment to clients is backed up by extensive technical support, after sales service and comprehensive level of stock, for immediate response to customer requirements. Mr. Alfonse Ndoro (Director Technical)
He is a holder of a full national certificate in Fabrication Engineering and skilled worker class one in Boiler-making/ Plating welding. Also in pursuit of an Executive Certificate in Project Management (University of Zimbabwe)
His professional resume comprise of:-
- Worked for SME-Zimplats Project, Phase 2 Expansion as a specialist pipe fitter from 22/02/2013 to 19/04/2013
- Fabrication work dismantling
- Developments and assembling of different types of vessels i.e fire hydrants hoppers, > cyclones and pipe-fitting from drawing or samples.
Fabrication and maintenance of elevators, Furnaces, screw conveyors, separators, Vibrating screen frames work, Agitators, Pump station pipe work.
Fabrication, Roof trusses, Stanchions and walk away, Up-grading of fuel storage tanks
Fabrication of pressure pipes, Boiler maintenance, Stainless steel pipe work Plate work
Pump and motor bases, Rotary drum bases, Flights fabrication, Liner plates
Mr. Henry Ndoro (Director Finance and Admn)
He possesses an Honours degree in Banking and Finance from Midlands State University. He is excellent leader who can coordinate and give directions.

In line with community attitudes and expectations there is a strong emphasis on achieving sustainable development and protecting the environment at large.
Bargaineering (Projects) is committed to see the community benefiting from its operations. To lift our flagship high Bargaineering (Projects) is working in partnership with Chitungwiza Vocational Training Centre-fostering skills development amongst the youths, thus enhancing youth empowerment and entrepreneurship to all students enrolled in Metal Fabrication and Welding department at Chitungwiza Vocational Training Centre. Bargaineering (Projects) Technical Director provides lectures on Voluntary basis to these young people. This training is to equip Vocational Students with sustainable skills to produce shop quality products( school and office furniture, building materials and also trade test preparation is provided to these young people, in a bid to meet the industry requirements in terms of plant maintenance and to meet industry related plant work standards.
