Why I Do What I Do
My journey has always been about people.
I have worked with farmers, entrepreneurs, executives, funders, community leaders, and institutions across the continent. I have seen abundance and scarcity, resilience and burnout, vision and frustration- often sitting side by side.
Agribusiness taught me a powerful truth:
🌱 Growth follows principles.
🌱 Seed time always precedes harvest.
🌱 What you nurture determines what multiplies.
These principles don’t only apply to land - they apply to people, leadership, business, and faith.
My deep-rooted Christian faith anchors everything I do. It shapes how I lead, how I serve, and how I see potential- especially in people who have been overlooked, under-resourced, or underestimated.
